Awards & Recognition Training
Documentation, award submission preparation, and presentation skills for FRC teams
Table of content
This module builds from real FIRST award knowledge to FRC-specific judges'-binder and interview craft, then to leading the team's award-pursuit strategy across seasons. Levels 1-2 are self-guided; Levels 3-4 shift toward mentor-reviewed project work, since evaluating independent judgment and leadership requires more than a checklist. This module deliberately does not own the FIRST Impact Award (Business module Level 3) or FIRST Leadership Award nomination (Leadership module Level 4) -- it covers the documentation and interview craft that applies across all of FIRST's other judged awards, and coordinates with those two.
