This module builds from personal financial/outreach literacy to FRC-specific fundraising and sponsor management, then to advanced and executive-level business operations. Levels 1-2 are self-guided; Levels 3-4 shift toward mentor-reviewed project work, since evaluating independent judgment and leadership requires more than a checklist.

Prerequisites: Business Level 2 - Strategic Planning, Project Management Level 2 - Team Coordination, Leadership Level 2 - Team Leadership

Level 4: Executive Business Leadership

Executive-level business strategy and program development

Prerequisites: Business Level 3 - Advanced Business Management, Project Management Level 3 - Strategic Management, Leadership Level 3 - Organizational Leadership
