Learning Objective

Lead competition-level strategic operations including multi-match planning and alliance coordination, build a regression or Elo-style match-prediction model or live dashboard using real TBA/Statbotics data for decision support, create comprehensive playbooks for various game scenarios and opponents modeled on what veteran teams actually publish, and coordinate cross-functional teams during competition. This level typically takes a full season and centers on a capstone project reviewed and signed off by a mentor -- this is where students move from following an existing strategy process to building and defending their own.
