Learning Objective

Lead organization-wide business strategy development and execution, establish sustainable, diversified funding and resource-development programs, ground organizational governance and compliance in the team's real fiscal-sponsorship relationship with Rochester Community Robotics (RCR), which holds the team's tax-exempt status and ultimate financial authority, and build lasting business capabilities while mentoring future business leaders. This level represents a proven, multi-season record of business leadership, and is expected to take several seasons to accumulate the prerequisites and requirements it involves.
