Learning Objective
Provide executive-level leadership through strategic vision and organizational development, build high-performance organizations through effective systems and processes, establish strategic partnerships and community relationships, mentor and nominate emerging leaders toward external recognition like the FIRST Leadership Award, and create lasting program impact -- including durable documentation modeled on real published team handbooks -- while developing future executive leaders. This level represents a proven, multi-season record of leadership excellence, and is expected to take several seasons to accumulate the prerequisites and requirements it involves.

Program Legacy
- Mentor executive leaders
- Help nominate and coach a younger student toward the FIRST Leadership Award (formerly Dean's List), using its documented-impact criteria as a concrete goal
- Create succession plans
- Document organizational wisdom
- Produce or maintain a durable team handbook section (see real examples like Team 1360's and The MinuteBots' published handbooks) covering leadership structure, succession, and institutional knowledge
- Ensure program sustainability
- Mentor executive leaders
Level 4 Completion Requirements
- Lead an organization-wide leadership or culture initiative, reviewed and signed off by a mentor
- Successfully mentor and nominate at least one student for team or FIRST-level leadership recognition (e.g. FIRST Leadership Award)
- Produce lasting organizational documentation (e.g. a team handbook section)
- Represent the team in at least one real external leadership capacity
