Learning Objective

Develop strong personal productivity skills using time management tools and prioritization frameworks, establish goal-setting practices with SMART criteria and progress tracking systems, master fundamental communication skills including written correspondence and meeting participation, create basic project planning abilities, and get a first introduction to Kanban/Scrum vocabulary that Level 2 will apply to real FRC build-season scheduling. This level is self-guided and meant to be attainable in a few weeks.
