Strategy Level 2 - Strategic Analysis & Planning
Advanced game strategy and alliance selection
Table of content
Learning Objective
Apply Level 1's foundation to real FRC strategy: develop comprehensive match strategies through detailed game analysis and scoring optimization, build a data-driven picklist for alliance selection using real team-performance ratings (Statbotics EPA or OPR data via The Blue Alliance), implement scouting systems modeled on what real veteran teams publish, and coordinate strategy execution with drive team and pit crew. This level is self-guided and typically takes a couple of months; completing it means you can perform most of the day-to-day strategy and scouting work the team needs.
