Learning Objective

Own the team's season-level award-portfolio strategy, maintain historical submission and interview records across seasons, train the next generation of award-team leads, and coordinate with -- not duplicate -- the Business module's Impact Award lead and the Leadership module's Leadership Award nominee lead. This level represents a proven, multi-season record of award-program leadership, and is expected to take several seasons to accumulate the prerequisites and requirements it involves.

  1. Award Portfolio Strategy

    • Design the team's multi-season award-portfolio strategy
    • Decide which awards to prioritize across seasons based on team strengths
    • Coordinate with the Business module's Impact Award lead and the Leadership module's Leadership Award nominee lead
    • Lead continuous improvement of documentation and interview practices
  2. Strategic Leadership

    • Lead award strategy development
    • Create long-term program plans
    • Build organizational capabilities
    • Drive continuous improvement
  3. Documentation & Archive Systems

    • Maintain a historical archive of submissions and interview outcomes across seasons
    • Develop evaluation systems for which awards to pursue each season
    • Implement quality controls for the judges' binder and submissions
    • Design program metrics (e.g. awards targeted vs. won, interview outcomes)
  4. Program Legacy

    • Mentor award program leaders
    • Document program knowledge
    • Create succession plans
    • Ensure program sustainability
