Manufacturing Level 4 - Manufacturing Leadership
High-level manufacturing operations, machine certification, and program leadership
Table of content
Learning Objective
Lead manufacturing operations including process optimization and lean manufacturing implementation, develop innovative manufacturing solutions through technology integration and continuous improvement, establish comprehensive quality management systems, design and maintain the team's machine certification program, and mentor future manufacturing team members while building sustainable manufacturing practices. This level represents a proven, multi-season record of excellence in manufacturing, and is expected to take several seasons to accumulate the prerequisites and requirements it involves.
