Learning Objective

Master the real FIRST award taxonomy (Machine/Creativity/Innovation Awards, Team Attribute Awards, Submitted Awards, Robot Performance) using FIRST's own Awards page and Judge Manual, understand Gracious Professionalism and the FIRST Core Values as the eligibility baseline underlying every award, develop basic documentation habits (photo logs, meeting notes, activity records), and learn general interview etiquette. This level is self-guided and meant to be attainable in a few weeks.
